Domestic Shipping and Delivery (Jordan)

  1. Shipping Coverage
    We currently deliver within Jordan through trusted third-party delivery partners.

  2. Shipping Fees
    A flat delivery fee of 3 JOD applies to all locations within Jordan and will be added at checkout.

  3. Delivery Schedule

  • Ready-to-Sell Products: Orders placed during business hours are shipped the same day. Orders placed outside business hours are shipped the next business day. Delivery is expected within 24 hours from shipment. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

  • Customized Products: Shipped as soon as they are ready. Delivery is expected within 24 hours from shipment. You will be notified once your customized product is ready to ship.

  • Combined Orders (Ready-to-Sell + Customized Products): The entire order will be shipped together once the customized items are ready.

Delivery schedules may be affected by weekends and public holidays.

  1. Packaging
    Each item is securely packaged with bubble wrap, placed in a perfectly sized box designed to hold it firmly, wrapped elegantly like a gift, and finished with our signature bag.

  2. Customer Responsibility
    Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. Failure to do so may result in delayed delivery.

International Shipping

    Wordwide Shipping.

  2. Shipping Fees
    Shipping costs vary based on weight at a rate of 10 JOD, added at checkout.

  3. Delivery Schedule

  • Ready-to-Sell Products: Shipped on the next business day. Delivery is expected within 2 to 7 business days from shipment.

  • Customized Products: Shipped as soon as they are ready, with delivery expected within 2 to 7 business days from shipment.

  • Combined Orders (Ready-to-Sell + Customized Products): The entire order will be shipped together once the customized items are ready.

Weekends and public holidays in Jordan or the destination country may affect delivery schedules. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  2. Customs & Import Duties
    International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Customer Responsibility
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability to receive their order upon delivery. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional re-delivery charges as determined by the shipping provider.

To ensure smooth and accurate delivery, please provide your detailed address in the following format:

  • Recipient's Name: Full name

  • Street Address: Building number, street name, apartment/unit number (if applicable)

  • City and Postal Code: City name followed by postal code

  • Country: Destination country (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE)

  • Contact Information: Phone number and email address

Failure to provide complete and accurate details may result in delivery delays.

  1. Failed Delivery Policy
    If the shipping provider is unable to reach you, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment.

Delivery timeframes are subject to the regulations and policies of the shipping provider in your country.
