Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Dukkan Mai, each piece is handcrafted with care. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility

You may request a return, refund, or exchange only in the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Received: The order was not as requested.

  • Damaged Item: The item was damaged upon delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

2. Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exclusions: Sale items, customized orders, and fragile items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Process: Contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +962 79 950 4635 or email dukkanmaii@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  • Once approved, you must return the item within 72 hours, during business hours, to:

  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 21 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).

  • Exclusions: Sale items, customized orders, and fragile items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • Costs:

    1. Returning fee is the customer’s responsibility.

    2. Delivery fee of the new item is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Conditions:

    • The value of the exchanged item must be equal to or greater than the returned item.

    • Items must be delivered to our store during business hours.
